Proton Holdings Bhd (Proton) is among nine local companies to showcase Malaysia’s automotive products to the Japanese market and other international buyers, at the upcoming Automotive Engneering Exposition 2010 (AEE 2010) in Yokohama, Japan.
The participation of the Malaysian firms is being coordinated by the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (Matrade) together with the Japan External Trade Organisation (Jetro).
In a statement today, Matrade said the event from May 19-21, would focus on the latest technology in automotive engineering and the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) market.
It is expected to attract around 80,000 visitors in gathering automobile-related experts and representatives in Japan and worldwide, to share their views on the automotive industry’s business trends.
